The time required for job switching is also minimized through use of cardboard templates, maximizing productivity for everything from short runs to long.
Additionally, the use of cardboard eliminates the need for costly, two-part wood blanking dies, significantly decreasing the cost of blanking. Templates can be reused, further shortening prep time for repeat jobs.
