A Hands-On, On-Site Approach to Building Customer Trust

From initial specification discussions to machine installation, many departments are involved, including design, development, and assembly. My role as a sales representative is to clearly communicate customer requirements to our design and development teams so that Komori's technology can deliver solutions that address challenges and create new opportunities. As we move toward shipment and installation, I work closely with the assembly team to prepare for pre-shipment tests and acceptance tests at the customer site. By coordinating across departments, we ensure smooth machine operation and deliver Komori's print technology with confidence.

Delivery is not the end of the process. Even after installation, when customers explore new technologies, we conduct tests together and propose training for maintenance teams to help them keep machines in optimal condition for as long as possible. This ongoing support, both technical and operation, is highly valued by our customers. I believe that staying close to customers allows us to deliver genuine inspiration. During visits, I make it a point to communicate actively not only with managers but also with operators and maintenance staff, listening to diverse perspectives and challenges. Through these interactions, I aim to continue building strong relationships of trust.

How I Spend My Time Off

On holidays, I enjoy golf, gourmet food, and reading, but I especially love traveling. As a student, I enjoyed experiencing new cultures abroad, but I have also come to appreciate the beauty of Japan. These days, I often travel to hot springs across the country. I cherish time to recharge while enjoying good food and nature.
