Supporting Customers Throughout Their Journey

My responsibilities involve coordinating closely with customers after order confirmation to ensure a smooth and reliable process through to delivery. I manage vessel bookings and monitor shipment schedules while maintaining continuous communication with customers and internal stakeholders. By working closely with both customers and internal teams, I help ensure that the delivery, installation, and commissioning of new printing presses proceed smoothly, supporting customers in successfully bringing their new equipment into operation.

In addition, I coordinate the distribution of promotional materials and updates about new products and services. I also support email newsletters that highlight the benefits of our latest technologies. Through these activities, I aim to ensure that customers remain well informed and feel supported throughout their entire journey--from their first inquiry to daily machine operation.

Motivation in My Work

Working in the printing industry makes me realize that our work contributes to society in many ways. Printing supports communication, education, and the dissemination of information, all of which are essential in daily life. At the same time, printed media can inspire creativity and bring ideas to life through design, art, and innovation. Being part of an industry that supports both the sharing of information and creative expression gives me a strong sense of purpose in my work.

Another aspect that motivates me is supporting the sales team and helping streamline processes so that our operations run smoothly. When communication flows efficiently and tasks are completed successfully, it contributes directly to the company's performance and customer satisfaction. Seeing the positive results of our teamwork and the value it brings to customers encourages me to continue improving my skills and supporting the team in the best way possible.

A Memorable Experience in Japan

One of the most memorable experiences since joining the company was visiting Japan during the merger of Komori India. During this visit, I had the opportunity to meet our Japanese colleagues in person and experience their culture firsthand. It was a truly enriching experience that strengthened my connection to the global Komori team and left a lasting impression on me.

How I Spend My Time Off

Outside of work, I enjoy spending my holidays traveling and watching movies, which allows me to relax and experience new places and stories. I also enjoy listening to music as one of my favorite hobbies.

In my private time, I dedicate time to studying the Bible, which provides me with an opportunity for reflection and personal growth. These activities help me recharge and maintain a balanced perspective in both my personal and professional life.
